Abeona Return & Exchange Policy (Kuwait)

We hope you love your Abeona items, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, in line with Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014).
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact to qualify.
• Products that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
• If you simply change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within the 14-day period. In this case, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale unless defective or damaged.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
