1. How long does delivery take in Kuwait?  
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days across Kuwait. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.  

2. Do you deliver outside Kuwait?  
At the moment, we focus on Kuwait orders. For international delivery, please contact us at hello@abeona.com.  

3. Can I return or exchange an item?  
Yes — you may return or exchange unused items within 14 days of purchase, in line with Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law. Items must be in original packaging with tags. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.  

4. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?  
We’re so sorry! Please email us at Abeonakw@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.  

5. Are your products safe for babies?  
Yes. All Abeona products are made with 100% food-grade silicone, free from BPA, phthalates, and harmful chemicals. They’re safe, durable, and designed for everyday use.  

6. Can I see my order history?  
Yes — if you create an account at checkout, you can log in anytime to see your past orders and track current ones.  

7. What forms of payment do you accept?  
We accept Kuwait debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, UPay, and other secure payment methods.
